As an unashamed, gigantic, obscene Los Camp! fanboy, I retain the right to make not only some noise, but rather a lot about any news regarding the band and/or the trivial, everyday happenings of each members lives. It’s like that, and that’s they way it is. That’s why, all of fifteen minutes ago I burst through my usual shroud of cooler-than-thou indifference (I jest, naturally) to the news that “Britain’s biggest cult band” (cue images of JT shifting angrily in his seat) have given a name, track listing, artwork and pre order information to their latest musical child, the cheerily titled “Hello Sadness”.
What you can see above, with a little help from those peepers of yours, is the official artwork for their fourth album (technicality fight incoming), described by the band as “ten songs of love, loss and heartbreak nail-gunned to a back-drop of broken, tangled bodies, creeping, dead-eyed animals, suffocating, looming shadows and World Cup exits. It is an honest, bare bones documentation of breaking up and trying not to break up in the process.”. Oh, that melodrama. Heres a tracklisting and, a little further than that, some information on those sexy pre-order bundles.
